Shipping policy

At CAMTEES, we aim to get your officially licensed band T-shirts to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Standard UK delivery is included in the price of our T-shirts.

There are no additional standard UK postage charges at checkout.

We also ship internationally to selected countries.

International shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the delivery destination and available shipping options.

Customers can review the total cost, including shipping, before completing their purchase.

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service.

International deliveries may take longer due to customs processing and local postal services.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we will always do our best to get your order to you promptly.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are expressly included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
